Not Exactly Rocket Science
Not Exactly Rocket Science is a blog by Ed Yong, a London-based science writer who's aim is make research papers a little more accessible.

Whilst covering all scientific fields he seems to find interesting entomological papers and writes well. The termite queen clone work was pretty good and I woudl have missed the paper otherwise.

Thanks Matt, that's a really nice site. I had a quick flick through some of the posts, and he summarises research clearly and in a way that is very easy to read - a great way of keeping up with developments in the insect world without slogging through papers that aren't in your field.

Great find!

Each of their 80 or so egg clusters sits next to a geyser, a hot vent or other volcanically heated sites. This is no coincidence – eggs need moisture and heat to incubate properly and big eggs are particularly demanding. These dinosaurs were using the planet to keep their babies warm. louis vuitton
