Electronic and Computing Technology

The main function of the Electronic & Computing Technology Special Interest Group of the Royal Entomological Society is to disseminate how computing technologies can be deployed to advance understanding of insect science in particular and the biological sciences in general. In this symposium, a number of emerging technologies will be showcased which are likely to be seminal in advancing the disciplines of taxonomy and ecology in today's world of declining resources and limited budgets.
