On-line registration will close on 1st July 2010 (23:59 GMT).

The on-site registration desk will open from 2pm until 6pm Sunday 25th July, and then from 7.30 am on Monday 26th July.

Please note: There are no refunds on booking cancellations.

All those contributing posters or papers to the meeting, including speakers, must complete a booking form.

24 hr rate (Includes tea/coffee x2, buffet lunch, dinner, single en-suite accommodation) Please note that the 24hr package commences with dinner/accommodation on Sunday 25 July until afternoon tea on Wednesday 28 July.

No dinner other than the Conference dinner will be available on Tuesday 27th.

Day rate (Includes tea/coffee x2, buffet lunch) Please note that the day rate commences with Morning tea on Monday 26 July, and does not include accommodation.

Bed & Breakfast (Includes single en-suite accommodation & breakfast.) Available for the night of Wednesday 28 July only @ £39.00, commences with accommodation on Wednesday 28 July.

President's Wine reception The President will host a wine reception on the evening of Monday 26 July, in the Taliesin Annexe. All delegates are welcome and there is no charge.
 
Conference Dinner There will be a special conference dinner held on Tuesday 27 July in the Fulton House Refectory at 20.00. No other dinner will be available on the Campus that evening.
 
Internet access (Includes use of Campus WiFi [wireless] network or use of a networked computer.) Available for the duration of your stay for a fixed fee

Trip to Botanic Gardens There will be a trip to the National Botanic Gardens on the morning of Tuesday 27 July. A coach will be leaving from the University at 08.45 and will return at lunch time, please see website for further details. www.royensoc.co.uk/meetings
