Digital & Media Officer
Bianca is the Digital Media Officer for the Royal Entomological Society, supporting and coordinating digital communications, marketing and engagement activities across the organisation. Her role encompasses website management, content creation, campaign planning, social media, publications and event promotion, fundraising support and digital reporting.
Prior to joining the Society, she worked in pharmaceutical data analysis and reporting roles, auditing controlled drug distribution, managing healthcare databases, and translating datasets into actionable insights. Alongside qualifications in Psychology, Media Studies, Photography and ICT, Bianca has pursued continued professional development across environmental and health sciences, including marine biology, wildlife conservation, nutrition, and awareness of chronic health conditions including endometriosis and ME/CFS.
While her primary focus is on strengthening the Society’s online presence and raising awareness of its programmes, activities and impact, Bianca’s cross-functional approach ensures cohesive communication and supports the Society’s mission through effective, data-informed digital engagement.
