Gary Needham is an Insecticide Senior Experimental Scientist currently working at Syngenta.
Gary has over 17 years’ experience working as an entomologist in science support roles for both academic and industry employers, including 12 years in the agri-business sector. He has strong knowledge of both beneficial and pest species of invertebrates regarding field and glasshouse crops and a sound understanding of commercial global crop varieties with a broad understanding of invertebrate taxonomy, behaviour and physiology.
