Facilities Officer
Kate has been a part of the Society since 2018 and has extensive experience in administration and customer service bringing consistency and knowledge to her role as Facilities Officer. She is responsible for ensuring that the Society’s buildings and grounds operate safely, creating an environment that supports both staff, members and Fellows.
Kate manages a wide range of operational needs – from coordinating maintenance and remedial projects to monitoring building systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, organising staff training and implementing health and safety procedures. Kate works closely with external suppliers and contractors to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions that keep the Society’s infrastructure operating at its best. She is a consistent point of contact for staff seeking reliable operational guidance and is recognised for her careful organisation and meticulous attention to detail of often complex or time-sensitive tasks.
