RES Members and Fellows, and members of the public, may make requests for scans or copies of material held in RES Libraries, for personal, non-commercial use only. To request a scan or copy, please email the Copy Request Form to library@royensoc.co.uk. The Librarian reserves the right to refuse a request if it does not comply with UK copyright law.

Charges for RES Members and Fellows
For each calendar year, the first 10 scans of up to 50 pages each are free. Thereafter:
- For scans 50 pages or under: £5.00 +VAT
- For scans over 50 pages: £10.00 +VAT
If paper copies are required, there is an additional charge of 10p per page. If copies are to be sent by post, users must also pay the cost of postage and packing.
