To celebrate the RES Garden at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2023, from 9th May to 4th June, all newsletter subscribers will be entered in to a prize draw to win an online consultation with Garden Designer Tom Massey or a signed copy of his new book “Resilient Garden”.
Terms and conditions for RES Garden at Chelsea Flower Show Prize Draw
These terms and conditions govern this prize draw to win an online garden consultation with Tom Massey or signed copies of Tom Massey’s book “Resilient Garden”. The prize draw organiser is the Royal Entomological Society. By accepting the terms & conditions of the prize draw, you have entered into an agreement with the Royal Entomological Society.
Entry
By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions and to comply fully with them. The competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English law.
Only one entry per person will be considered.
By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they are 18 or over.
The prize draw is open to anyone except those directly involved with the competition or the Royal Entomological Society.
The closing date for prize draw entries is 4th June 2023. All entries received after this date will not be eligible. Please note that submitting entries is not proof of receipt. The winner will be announced after 12th June 2023.
Winners will be drawn using an online random generator.
The name of the winner can be obtained from 13th June 2023 by emailing info@royensoc.co.uk
The Royal Entomological Society reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this prize draw or withdraw the prize draw at any given time.
The winner and other entrants may be asked to take part in promotional activities but these will be optional.
A one hour online garden consultation with Tom Massey is available as a prize. 11 signed copies of Tom Massey’s book “Resilient Garden” are also available as runners-up prizes. The winners will be contacted by email. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are non-transferrable.
We will use our best efforts to ensure the one hour online garden consultation prize is organised at a time that is reasonable to the winner. However, if it is not possible to set a time that is reasonable to the winner, the Royal Entomological Society is under no obligation to hold the consultation. Similarly, we will use our best efforts to ensure the signed copies of Tom Massey’s book “Resilient Garden” are posted to prize winners. However, where delivery is not possible through our delivery partners to specific locations, the Royal Entomological Society is under no obligation to send the prize. If routes of delivery are not possible the Royal Entomological Society will send the prize to an alternative entrant.
